Across The Line Engineering does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind purchases.

Please choose carefully before placing your order, as we do not offer refunds if you:

• Change your mind;
• Order the wrong product;
• Find the product cheaper elsewhere;
• No longer require the product; or
• Ordered incorrectly.

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

• Your order number;
• A description of the issue;
• Photographs of the product; and
• Photographs of any damaged packaging where applicable.

Once assessed, we may provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Products supplied by Across The Line Engineering may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

Where applicable, warranty claims may be handled directly through the manufacturer or through Across The Line Engineering. Please contact us for assistance with any warranty-related enquiries.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

For approved warranty, faulty product, or incorrect item claims, return shipping arrangements will be advised during the claims process.

Customers must not return products without prior approval from Across The Line Engineering.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
